Based on a recommendation from one of my close friends, I appointed Ms. Cathy Cheng. agent for Remax, a couple of months ago to sell my townhouse in Brisbane. I appointed Cathy purely based on my friend's very good reference. He told me that Cathy sold his property very efficiently and that if Cathy could not sell my property, no one else would be able to sell.
True to his words, Cathy sold my property within 3 days of her appointment for a price slightly above the advertised price. The property was advertised on a Saturday and it was sold by the middle of the following week.
