How could I describe myself?
My wife often says to me: �Why are all your listings so difficult?�
This is true. It is not that I get difficult properties for sale, but my aim when a client appoints me, is to try to reach at least 10% above market value. Of course this is a very hard job. So why make it complicated? If you want to sell at market value, just to get the job done fast, you do not need an Agent, as you can do it yourself. But when trying to capture the best the market could offer, when you want advice and guidelines on how to make your house ready to achieve your DREAM price or close to your dream price, I think I am, honestly, among the rare agents to take on the full commitment required to sell your home. I do not run after listings, but I will move the earth, I will move every single stone to get you SOLD at a desirable price. So, if you do not mind a longer and quality sale, of course with a better income at the end, I am your agent.
